Data from Children

Our Services are not intended for, and we do not knowingly collect any Personal Data from, children under the age of 18. If we learn we have collected or received Personal Data from a child under the age of 18 without parental consent, we will delete that information.

Location information, including your country, state or province, or city of residence, and, with your consent, precise geolocation.
Device information, including your IP address, device identifiers, operating system and version, preferred language, hardware identifiers, browser type and settings, and other device information.
Content and information you elect to provide as part of your user profile or via emails, chats, or other communications sent to us, including information regarding your customer satisfaction.
Prompts, images, voice recordings, files, videos, or other content you upload in connection with your use of the Services, if you have consented to such information collection.

Please note that some Services features may be unavailable as a result. We currently do not sell or share your Personal Data for purposes of cross-context behavioral advertising, however.

We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any Personal Data, to:

Provide you with the Services and any additional content, features, information, products, or services that we make available through the Services.
Provide you with notices about your account/subscription, including expiration and renewal notices.

We may use your information to further train the artificial intelligence model used to provide the Services, but we will not do so in a way that would make your content identifiable to others. Notify you when Service updates are available or about changes to the Services.

However, no website, mobile application, system, electronic storage system, or online service is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of your Personal Data transmitted to, through, or in connection with the Services. In particular, prompts and other content sent to the Services may not be secure, and you should carefully decide what information you send to us when using the Services. Any transmission of Personal Data is at your own risk.

How We Retain Your Personal Data

We keep the categories of Personal Data described in this policy for as long as (i) reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described or (ii) otherwise legally permitted or required.
